Year 10 Discover Health Carlisle

Year 10 discovery days are aspiration raising events designed to excite and enthuse students in a particular subject through the participation in a number of engaging academic workshops. The workshop sessions will give student a hands on experience that will aid their decision making process around progression to higher education.

This day will raise students’ awareness of a wide variety of health-related careers. Based around a ‘real-life’ case study, students participate in interactive sessions in radiography, nursing and rehabilitation. They will also learn about the skills and qualifications required.
